Shipping & Delivery

Processing and dispatch:

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Custom orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days of order placement. Please note that as each individual piece is hand made, processing times may vary.

Transit Issues:

Customers are responsible for entering their correct shipping address upon checkout. Should any issues arise out of an incorrect shipping entry please notify us ASAP, prior to the delivery of the item.

In the event an item is delivered to a wrong address based on an incorrect shipping entry we cannot assume any responsibility after the parcel has been delivered.

If your item has been confirmed 'lost in transit' by our shipping courier Australia Post, please get in touch and we work with you to organise a resolution ASAP.

We are not responsible for parcels after they have are delivered.

Australian customers:

Standard Post is 2-6 business days. However, due to the current situation regarding COVID-19, please allow for some delays with Australia Post deliveries.

Shipping costs will be automatically applied at the checkout.

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING applies for orders over $200 AUD. Please manually select 'free express shipping' as the shipping option at the checkout.

International customers:

Standard delivery for all International orders is $30 AUD. Delivery estimates:

New Zealand (10-20 working days)
North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific (21-28 working days)
Rest of the world (25-30 working days)
